  • Kevin Hardage
    Chief Executive Officer
    Healthcare Components Group


    Kevin Hardage leads HCG with responsibility for the company’s overall direction and leadership across all operations. Kevin joined HCG in 2024 with more than 25 years of sales and marketing leadership experience within many healthcare specialties. He has a proven track record creating global transformational organizational changes to expand markets and drive growth within the medical device industry.
    Kevin began his med device career in 1998 at Medtronic where he excelled in various leadership roles in sales and marketing within healthcare specialties. In 2021, Kevin joined Teleflex as President and General Manager of the Interventional Urology Business Unit where he managed the global market development of the UroLift™ System and led the successful acquisition of Palette Life Sciences expanding Teleflex's presence into the prostate cancer space.

    Kevin is based in St. Louis, Missouri, and holds a BS degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia.

  • Rob Stocker
    Chief Financial Officer
    Healthcare Components Group


    Rob is a finance executive with over 30 years of experience in the medical device industry. He has experience in leading financial teams at both large corporations (Baxter, Cardinal Health, Hospira and Pfizer) as well as at smaller private equity owned companies. Prior to joining HCG in 2024, Rob was the CFO for Argentum Medical (owned by Shore Capital Partners), where he successfully completed the sale of the company to Mountaingate Capital in 2023.

    Rob and his team are responsible for managing and leading the financial initiatives of the company. He is responsible for the full financial operations of the business including financial reporting, quarterly forecasting, annual planning, and long-term strategic planning. Rob partners with the rest of the leadership team to drive financial improvement and strategic growth.

    Rob is based in Naperville, Illinois and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting.

  • Marcus Rosenberg
    President, Americas
    Healthcare Components Group

    Marcus began his career in Operations, Production Management, and Sales; these earlier experiences with Cenveo in the late 1990s provided foundational knowledge of the growing global supply chain. Marcus took these skills with him to his next role in 2004, as Business Manager with Endoscopy Development Company, the world's first precision manufacturer of flexible and rigid endoscopy replacement parts.

    Over the years, Marcus has continued to apply his expertise as President of EDC, providing premier services across the globe. As EDC enters this new era, as a company in the newly formed HCG, Marcus will continue as President of Operations in the Americas.

    Marcus has a BA in Communication from Truman State University.

  • Peter Cholakov
    President, Europe
    Healthcare Components Group

    Peter began his career with OPTIX , a leading manufacturer of optical parts and systems, as the Key Account Manager in 2004, while concurrently completing his two Master's degrees in Production Management and Industrial Engineering. From 2007 to 2017, Peter supported OPTIX as Director of Business Development and Sales and Marketing Manager.

    Since 2017, Peter served as the President of MicroOptics Europe. With over two decades of experience in business development, global marketing, and optical industry knowledge, Peter is integral to HCG as President of Operations in Europe and abroad.

    Peter has a BA and MA in Industrial Engineering at TU Sofia, Bulgaria, and a second MA in Production Management from KITA & JITA Japan.

  • Clint Diedrich
    Vice President of Engineering & Manufacturing
    Healthcare Components Group

    Clint started as a manufacturing engineer for a material handling systems company. With several years of hands-on technical engineering experience and proven potential, Clint was promoted to an operations management position. Here Clint focused on manufacturing operations improvement at Intelligrated Systems, Inc. / Honeywell for over 18 years. Next, he expanded his management expertise as director of Research & Development at Endoscopy Development Company, where he continuously improved the speed, quality, and success of EDC's R&D department.

    After EDC joined Healthcare Components Group, it was apparent that Clint's engineering background, success in operations management, and R&D leadership made him the direct fit for VP of Engineering.

    Clint has an AS in Electronics Technology and a BS in Industrial Engineering Technology from Southern Illinois University Carbondale and has an APICS Certification.

  • Duane Poorman
    Senior Director, Manufacturing
    Healthcare Components Group

    Duane has over 35 years of experience spanning the medical device and biopharmaceutical industries.  He began his career as a Lab Technician at ImmunoVision an in vitro diagnostics manufacturer. As his career progressed, he has held leadership roles at various levels in manufacturing operations and also quality, regulatory, and general management. His career has given him critical experience in manufacturing, process development, process improvement, technology transfer, quality systems, and leadership. Duane’s career has spanned start-ups to multi-national corporations including Diamedix, Cytovance Biologics, Cook Pharmica, Now Diagnostics, and Thermo Fisher Scientific.

    Duane holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas.

  • Doug Katz Vice President of Sales Healthcare Components Group

    Doug Katz joins HCG with more than 30 years of experience as a Vice President of Sales within the healthcare industry leading large, regional, and national sales teams in sales, operations, and customer service. It is with his vast experience that Doug joins the HCG team ready to make a positive impact across all the departments he will oversee.

    Doug holds hold a Bachelor of Political Science and Government degree from the University of Delaware.

  • Nicole Typaldos Director of Quality Healthcare Components Group

    Nicole Typaldos is a highly experienced professional with a decade-long career dedicated to the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry. Throughout her journey, she has consistently emphasized quality compliance and customer support to ensure exceptional standards and satisfaction. Her expertise extends to effective communication and collaboration with various regulatory and governing bodies across the globe. By engaging with these entities, she has cultivated a deep understanding of international regulations and standards, enabling her to navigate complex compliance landscapes effortlessly.

    Over the years, she has managed all facets of quality, assuming responsibility for compliance, supplier management, quality systems, customer support, and quality control. Before joining HCG, Nicole contributed her skills and knowledge to Meridian Medical Technologies in St. Louis.

    Nicole holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis. Additionally, she has a BS in Applied Mathematics from Missouri State University.

  • Stefani Foster
    Human Resources Director
    Healthcare Components Group

    Stefani brings 13 years of experience as a human resource professional to HCG, focusing on the employee experience. Stefani’s skills center on her ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization, promote employee-focused programs, and develop strong employee compensation and benefit programs. One of her greatest strengths is developing and implementing programs that focus on employees for internal growth.

    Stefani oversees and manages HCG’s Human Resources operations including working with executives and department managers in the hiring, training, and counseling of the staff. She also has responsibility for the integration of all organizations that make up Healthcare Components Group.

    Stefani has a BS in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University and an MS in Human Resources from Lindenwood University

  • Blake Stumpf
    Director, Supply Chain
    Healthcare Components Group

    Blake brings more than 10 years of experience in various supply chain roles to Healthcare Components Group. Blake leads the Supply Chain department at HCG, including the Procurement team. Prior to HCG, Blake worked for Boeing, John Deere, and most recently Anheuser Busch in St. Louis.

    Blake and his team are responsible for all purchasing activities, inventory, logistics, as well as multiple value creation projects. Blake creates processes, develops strategic initiatives, and implements data-driven solutions to drive efficiencies across Healthcare Component Group’s supply chain, ultimately delivering greater value to its customers.

    Blake holds a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management and a minor from the Hoeft Technology and Management Program from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
