Each member brings insight and unparalleled expertise offering a vast array of valuable business and technical skill to the company. Together with this team, our worldwide in-house resources and talented employees are the reasons why HCG is a global leader in the healthcare industry.

Marcus Rosenberg

President, Americas

Marcus Rosenberg

President, Americas

Marcus began his career in Operations, Production Management, and Sales; these earlier experiences with Cenveo in the late 1990s provided foundational knowledge of the growing global supply chain. Marcus took these skills with him to his next role in 2004, as Business Manager with Endoscopy Development Company, the world's first precision manufacturer of flexible and rigid endoscopy replacement parts.

Over the years, Marcus has continued to apply his expertise as President of EDC, providing premier services across the globe. As EDC enters this new era, as a company in the newly formed HCG, Marcus will continue as President of Operations in the Americas.

Marcus has a BA in Communication from Truman State University.

Peter Cholakov

Peter Cholakov

President, Europe

Peter began his career with OPTIX , a leading manufacturer of optical parts and systems, as the Key Account Manager in 2004, while concurrently completing his two Master's degrees in Production Management and Industrial Engineering. From 2007 to 2017, Peter supported OPTIX as Director of Business Development and Sales and Marketing Manager.

Since 2017, Peter served as the President of MicroOptics Europe. With over two decades of experience in business development, global marketing, and optical industry knowledge, Peter is integral to HCG as President of Operations in Europe and abroad.

Peter has a BA and MA in Industrial Engineering at TU Sofia, Bulgaria, and a second MA in Production Management from KITA & JITA Japan.

John Straetker

John’s experience spans more than 30 years in finance, operations, and engineering leadership roles across world-class organizations. Most recently, as CFO of Paulo Products Company, John played an instrumental role driving significant profitable growth and ultimately selling the business to Aalberts, a Dutch multi-national strategic corporation. Prior to that, he held senior financial leadership roles as Group Vice President, Finance for Nortek’s Residential HVAC division, Global Operations Finance Director at Ingersoll Rand and multiple leadership roles in Brand and Operations Finance at Procter & Gamble in the Health and Beauty, Paper Products and Corporate divisions.

He began his career as an electrical engineer at Deere & Company, designing and developing advanced control systems for agricultural vehicles. He earned an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University.

As the Vice President of Finance - Americas, Tracy Farris exemplifies a strong capability in optimizing the financial performance of growth-oriented, private equity-backed companies. With extensive experience in building and leading finance functions, she has successfully enhanced operational efficiency and financial performance across various healthcare and oil and gas organizations.

Her expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and integration activities demonstrates her analytical skills and strategic vision, enabling smooth transitions and significant value creation. Tracy's commitment to fostering high-performing teams creates a collaborative environment that empowers individuals to excel.

Tracy holds dual bachelor's degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Missouri – St. Louis, along with an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Stiliyan Kolev

Stiliyan is a finance professional with more than 25 years of experience in financial management, corporate governance, and strategic business development. He has held multiple managerial roles spanning financial controlling, budgeting, reporting, and IT, consistently achieving strong results through effective leadership and organizational development. His academic foundation in Corporate Finance and Banking supports his deep interest in financial markets, equity valuation, and risk management.

Since 2018, Stiliyan has been part of Micro Optics Europe, a Healthcare Components Group Company, and currently serves as Vice President Finance Europe, where he leads the company’s regional financial strategy, oversees operational finance, and drives long-term business growth across the European market.

He holds an MS in Finance from the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics in Svishtov.

Benze Daniel

Benze Daniel joins HCG as Senior Vice President of Manufacturing & Operations with more than 20 years of global leadership experience across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality, and operational excellence within the medical device and life sciences industries. He has led complex, multi-site manufacturing networks and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on building scalable, high-performance operating platforms, improving service levels, strengthening quality and regulatory compliance, and cost competitiveness.

Benze holds an Executive MBA, has completed executive leadership programs at Harvard Business School, and advanced executive education in AI-enabled supply chain management through Yale School of Management. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Clint Diedrich

Clint started as a manufacturing engineer for a material handling systems company. With several years of hands-on technical engineering experience and proven potential, Clint was promoted to an operations management position. Here Clint focused on manufacturing operations improvement at Intelligrated Systems, Inc. / Honeywell for over 18 years. Next, he expanded his management expertise as director of Research & Development at Endoscopy Development Company, where he continuously improved the speed, quality, and success of EDC's R&D department.

After EDC joined Healthcare Components Group, it was apparent that Clint's engineering background, success in operations management, and R&D leadership made him the direct fit for VP of Engineering.

Clint has an AS in Electronics Technology and a BS in Industrial Engineering Technology from Southern Illinois University Carbondale and has an APICS Certification.

Duane Poorman

Duane has over 35 years of experience spanning the medical device and biopharmaceutical industries. He began his career as a Lab Technician at ImmunoVision an in vitro diagnostics manufacturer. As his career progressed, he has held leadership roles at various levels in manufacturing operations and also quality, regulatory, and general management. His career has given him critical experience in manufacturing, process development, process improvement, technology transfer, quality systems, and leadership. Duane’s career has spanned start-ups to multi-national corporations including Diamedix, Cytovance Biologics, Cook Pharmica, Now Diagnostics, and Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Duane holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas.

Doug Katz joins HCG with more than 30 years of experience as a Vice President of Sales within the healthcare industry leading large, regional, and national sales teams in sales, operations, and customer service. It is with his vast experience that Doug joins the HCG team ready to make a positive impact across all the departments he will oversee.

Doug holds hold a Bachelor of Political Science and Government degree from the University of Delaware.

Nicole Typaldos is a highly experienced professional with a decade-long career dedicated to the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry. Throughout her journey, she has consistently emphasized quality compliance and customer support to ensure exceptional standards and satisfaction. Her expertise extends to effective communication and collaboration with various regulatory and governing bodies across the globe. By engaging with these entities, she has cultivated a deep understanding of international regulations and standards, enabling her to navigate complex compliance landscapes effortlessly.

Over the years, she has managed all facets of quality, assuming responsibility for compliance, supplier management, quality systems, customer support, and quality control. Before joining HCG, Nicole contributed her skills and knowledge to Meridian Medical Technologies in St. Louis.

Nicole holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis. Additionally, she has a BS in Applied Mathematics from Missouri State University.

Mike Cameron

Mike Cameron

Senior Director, Human Resources

Mike Cameron is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources at Healthcare Components Group (HCG) and supports a growing and high-performing team of HCG colleagues. Over the past two decades, Mike has led various facets of Human Resource organizations across diverse sectors, including manufacturing, healthcare, medical device/technology, and software.

Mike is passionate about leading HR organizations that leverage the human potential of their employees and data from both the business and its teams. He believes that the combination of potential and data has the power to enable meaningful performance and development experiences. Prior to joining HCG, Mike held senior HR roles at Momentus Technologies, Aspect Software, and Medtronic Advanced Energy, among others.

Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Development from Brigham Young University and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. In his personal time, Mike enjoys the role of taxi driver for his three musician and dancer daughters.

Blake Stumpf

Blake Stumpf

Director, Supply Chain

Blake brings more than 10 years of experience in various supply chain roles to Healthcare Components Group. Blake leads the Supply Chain department at HCG, including the Procurement team. Prior to HCG, Blake worked for Boeing, John Deere, and most recently Anheuser Busch in St. Louis.

Blake and his team are responsible for all purchasing activities, inventory, logistics, as well as multiple value creation projects. Blake creates processes, develops strategic initiatives, and implements data-driven solutions to drive efficiencies across Healthcare Component Group’s supply chain, ultimately delivering greater value to its customers.

Blake holds a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management and a minor from the Hoeft Technology and Management Program from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
